Valentine's Day

I decided to put together some gift bags for a nearby nursing home. I found these bags in my studio and painted the hearts with acrylic paint. Putter watched as I stuffed them with lotion, chapstick, tissue, slippers, candy and stuffed animals. Alice and Rosalind visited each resident as they delivered the bags. This is how I decided to "show the love" on Valentine's Day.

That was very sweet of you to do. A lot of people overlook the smaller "holidays". I bet the residents in the nursing home were very happy.

Wow that was so kind of you to spread the love on Valentines day. I think it is such a great idea to make it a holiday about all of the people you love and who need love, rather than just a commercialized thing where you have to buy chocolates and flowers (not that I mind those :)
Great blog!
